RadioPoppers Jr. Product Killed Recast; Updates to P1s Coming
RadioPopper has announced that the upcoming RP Jr. project has been killed redesigned(?) in a way that will integrate it into a bigger system. And there is apparently a big update coming to the current P1 design. All very cryptic at this point. Original blog post here.
Syl Arena has seen the new units, (much likee) and is dishing with at least a little detail.

After reading yesterday's and today's post by radiopopper staff, I think the Jr and P8 are not being cancelled, but replaced by something better, according to them. We'll have to wait to see the specifications.
Arrghhh … I just bought my cybersyncs after pestering Radiopopper about a UK release - and now they give us a (rough) date!
I actually just caved in and bought pocket wizards because the Jr's were taking too long... I'm very happy with PW's, but kinda sad the Jr's haven't materialized yet.
Can't trust them any more after the never-ending fiasco with their site and blog, broken promises and outright lies.
Going with CyberSyncs from Alien Bees -- would have done it a LONG time ago but for naively assuming I could take RadioPopper at their word of roughly $25 a piece and an actual "Jr." product before the turn of the decade.
I just wanted to know if the PW´s can sync as high as radiopoppers?
Or should i just buy radiopoppers for sports photography?
